As a life-long learner I am endlessly passionate about helping people grow and improve. I thrive on the challenge of discovering my audience’s language and motivations, and then creating the optimal individualized learning strategy for success.
I have honed my craft in several fields that have heavy complexity and conceptual nuances to them, and that had to be expressed to audiences of varying abilities and always welcome the challenge and excitement of learning a new audience.
I pride myself on being able to ask the right questions to create the best chance for success and have designed training from the back office to the c-suite in customer focused service, delivery, sales, process, communication, and beyond.
