Brad’s ability to quickly learn new software as well as processes and general information related to new job activities is so refreshing to see when many others struggle with these concepts.

Like all the best mentors, Brad excels at teaching specific, usable skills in a way that inspires one to grow as a person. He has an amazing ability to take complex, nebulous concepts and break them down in a way that makes sense -- which would be impressive enough, but he also then helps his mentees understand how to explain those concepts in turn.
